Choices

Everyday we are faced with choices. When to get up, what to do, what to wear, who we see, questions others have for us. Right away, we must make decisions and often we are fortunate to have those choices.

Some have a lot fewer options.

So at this time of choosing, it's helpful to sort all of it out before we engage. What are our priorities? What will provide the most satisfaction? What brings on the most pain?

What really has to be addressed now.

Dealing with choices is easier if there is calm and support. We feel safer and happier when we feel we're not alone.

Something to keep in mind as you start your day. Happy to be in a place where we can decide.
